Avangard Pilsner Malt is made from high quality 2 row spring barley grown in Germany and other European countries. Can be used up to 100% in light beers like Pilsners, Helles, Kolsch. Great base for many other beer styles needing a light base malt with a slightly sweet pilsner flavor.
