You can use these nitrogen cartridges to push wine out of 5 gallon corny kegs, since the nitrogen does not go into solution. You could also use them in beer situations where you want to push out but not carbonate. Please be aware that the nitrogen will only fill 20% of the space that a 12g CO2 cartridge will because Nitrogen exerts a lower partial pressure than CO2.

Nitrogen has a higher PSI than CO2 so these cartridges will not work with CO2 Mini Regulators.
