Avangard Munich 8L 55 LB bag

A malt with enough diastatic power to convert itself but often used in conjunction with other base malts to contribute maltiness and an orange color.

The resulting malt will lend a full, malty flavor and aroma, and an orange-amber color. While it does not have as much diastatic power as other base malts, such as pilsner and pale malts, it does nonetheless usually have enough diastatic power to convert itself.
