Peach Amoretti 8 oz

Amoretti peach flavoring gives you all the goodness of fresh peaches in an easy to use form! Starting usage is 0.5 to 1% by weight, or approximately 3.5 to 7 oz. by weight for a 5 gallon batch. This flavoring can be added to taste at bottling or kegging time to give your fermented beverage a peach flavor that can't be beat! Use this in beer, wine, cider, mead, whatever your mind can come up with. As these are sugar-based flavorings, it is best to add them in secondary, and a small amount of renewed fermentation may be experienced.
