Oregon Red Raspberry Puree 49 oz Pouch

Oregon Red raspberry puree contains 100% raspberries and no preservatives. This aseptic, hot-filled puree is made from Oregon-grown red raspberries which have not been genetically modified. It is made from ripened, washed and sorted fruit that is pureed, passed through a final finishing screen and pasteurized for a minimum of 20 seconds at 190°F or higher. It is ready to use in wine, beer, cooking and more. Made in the US.

Use one to two pouches per 5-gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two pouches will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Because the product is sterile you can add directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor. There is no need to boil the puree. This product can also be used to make excellent fruit wines.
