FermFast is a manufacturer of quality high gravity, quick fermenting distiller's yeast. Their 48 Hour Turbo Yeast ferments fast and can tolerate very high amounts of alcohol. It can reach 14.5% alcohol in 48 hours, and tolerant to 20%, which it can reach in 5 to 7 days. This is a package of 243 grams of yeast, which is roughly 0.5 lbs, and is urea-free. It produces a very high quality alcohol base of up to 25L quickly.
