Apricot Fruit Wine Base is an excellent blend of Apricot juice concentrate for making your favorite fruit wines. Seasonality of fruit availability is no longer an issue. Vintner's Best fruit wine bases are made from all natural fruit juice and produce 5 gallons of high quality wine using your favorite yeast strain. No need for mesh bags or straining or ph/acid adjustments are required.

A blend of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric and malic acids and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for apricot wine blend at 18.9 Brix. The product is blended and pasteurized. Can be stored at ambient temperature. Acidity : 2.4; 2.2 - 2.6 % w/w (as citric acid) (AOAC Method 942.15)
