Phoenix UK hop pellets

Phoenix is a dual purpose hop (though better used earlier in the boil) with an understated spicy aroma and notes of pine, chocolate and molasses. Commonly used in IPAs, TIPAs, Golden Ales, English Ales, Bitters and Stouts.
