Target hop pellets

Description:

Target hops are dual purpose English variety that were released in 1992. Target's genetics include Northern Brewer and Eastwell Golding and is a relative of Challenger. Target offers crisp bittering and moderate alpha acids, but also offers pleasant aromas of floral, spice, and sage. Typically used in classic Enlgish ales and lagers.
